  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Selected international locations

If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

India

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

European Countries

  • International delivery: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • customs clearance,
  • courier delays,
  • weather conditions,
  • or peak seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
    • delivery location,
    • package weight,
    • and product size.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available on selected products or campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS,
  • allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, including European countries:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, The Slan is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections,
  • courier service disruptions,
  • natural events,
  • strikes,
  • or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • please record an unboxing video,
  • take photos immediately,
  • and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the courier partner.
